Lately Sora has had the health tests.

The ECVO (eye) test and the hips have been approved.

Unfortunately, during the Patellar Luxation test we discovered that Sora has Patella Luxation Grade 2 on one knee; this came as a complete surprise, because we never noticed anything different about her legs. Several factors suggested that trauma could be the cause, so Sora underwent surgery. This showed that it was not trauma, but that the (attachment site) of the patellar tendon had a slightly different position than normal, causing the kneecap to be pulled out of the groove. Fortunately, no major changes had to be made. The operation was successful and now a period of recovery awaits.

Sora is excluded from breeding due to this Patella Luxation.
